UPDATE ON CANDELARIA! 

I posted about Candelaria, a single mom to 5 that is wheelchair bound right before Mother's Day. I am happy to announce that Caroline Tiffin and myself have raised over $200.00 towards Candelaria's medical treatments. We still have a long way to go!   I have posted this fundraiser on Facebook and on Mayan Families listserve but I would like to post here, also. I am having an Usborne book/efair fundraiser in honor of Gabby Lewis. Gabby is the daughter of Shane and Becky Lewis. Gabby was tragically killed in an auto accident last year. A library in her memory has been made in the village where Gabby was born, Tierra Linda, Guatemala. The library needs books.
